Refund policy

Customers hold responsibility for understanding which peptides they require before placing an order. We cannot accept returns/exchanges for incorrectly ordered peptides once shipped.

If a package appears to be damaged during shipping, we will reship the items ordered originally.

Returned vials of peptides cannot be resold to other customers or institutions due to stringent quality control measures we implement.
